We are two UK-based developers with a passion for coding, innovation, and building the future of online experiences. Using Python alongside the latest technologies, we develop custom Discord bots, websites, and digital solutions designed around the needs of our customers.

Our goal is simple: to be competitive in the industry by constantly innovating. We don't just want to follow existing trends — we want to improve the development process, explore new technologies, and create better, more efficient solutions.

Every project we create is an opportunity to push ourselves further and deliver a better experience for our customers.

What We Do

This is only the beginning. Nexium is our first server, our starting point, and the foundation of our future.

By purchasing any product or service from us — including custom Discord bots, websites, development services, or other digital products — you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

1. General Terms

By making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, provided this does not conflict with applicable laws.

These Terms of Service may be updated or changed at any time. It is the customer's responsibility to review the latest version before making a purchase.

2. Payments

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal Friends & Family
• UK Bank Transfer
• Stripe
• Cryptocurrency — including Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), and Solana (SOL) only

All payments must be completed before work begins unless an alternative payment arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon by us in writing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all payment information, wallet addresses, and transaction details are correct before sending payment.

3. Refund Policy — Please Read

Due to the nature of custom digital products and development services, all sales are generally final once payment has been made.

However, a refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

• We made a significant error that prevents us from providing the agreed product or service.
• We are unable to deliver the purchased bot or website due to a mistake or error on our part.
• A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Refund requests will be reviewed individually. We reserve the right to investigate the circumstances surrounding any refund request.

4. Non-Delivery of a Bot or Website

If you have paid for a custom Discord bot or website and do not receive the agreed product, you may be eligible for a refund or another appropriate resolution.

Before a refund is issued, we must be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:

• The customer failing to provide required information or content.
• The customer becoming unresponsive.
• Delays caused by third-party services.
• Hosting, domain, API, Discord, payment processor, or other external service issues.
• Changes to the original project requirements.
• Circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

5. Project Delays

We will provide an estimated timeframe for your project where possible.

An estimated delivery date is an estimate and is not an absolute guarantee unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

A project will generally only be considered excessively delayed when:

• The agreed or estimated delivery timeframe has passed;
• Any reasonable additional time required for development has also passed; and
• The delay is primarily caused by us and not by circumstances outside our control.

If a project is delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you and provide updates.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide all necessary information required to complete their project. This may include:

• Bot requirements and features.
• Website content.
• Branding and logos.
• API keys or third-party access where necessary.
• Hosting information.
• Clear instructions regarding requested functionality.

Failure to provide necessary information may delay the project. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing information or lack of communication from the customer.

7. Changes to Project Requirements

Before development begins, the customer should clearly explain the features and functionality they require.

Any significant changes requested after development has begun may:

• Increase the cost of the project.
• Extend the delivery timeframe.
• Require additional payment.
• Be treated as a separate service or project.

We are not required to provide additional features that were not included in the original agreement or project scope.

8. Revisions and Changes

Reasonable revisions may be provided where agreed as part of the original project.

Revisions do not include completely changing the original concept, design, or functionality of the project.

Requests that significantly differ from the original requirements may require additional payment.

9. Project Cancellation

If a customer cancels a project after work has already begun, a refund is not guaranteed.

Any work, time, resources, or development already completed may be deducted from any refund considered.

We reserve the right to cancel a project if:

• The customer becomes abusive or threatening.
• The customer attempts to scam or defraud us.
• The customer refuses to provide required information.
• The requested project involves illegal or prohibited activities.
• Continuing the project becomes reasonably impractical.

Where appropriate, we will determine whether any partial refund is available based on the amount of work already completed.

10. Discord Bots

Custom Discord bots may rely on third-party services, including Discord's platform and APIs. We are not responsible for issues caused by:

• Discord outages or changes.
• API changes.
• Third-party service outages.
• Hosting problems not caused by us.
• Incorrect configuration by the customer.
• Changes made to the bot by the customer or another developer.

The customer is responsible for maintaining any required Discord server permissions, hosting services, API subscriptions, or third-party accounts unless these services are explicitly included in the purchase.

11. Websites

Unless explicitly included in the original agreement, the purchase of a website does not automatically include:

• Domain registration.
• Web hosting.
• Ongoing maintenance.
• Future updates.
• Paid plugins or software.
• Third-party subscriptions.
• API usage fees.

These costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

12. Hosting and Third-Party Services

If your bot or website relies on external hosting, APIs, payment processors, databases, or other third-party services, we cannot guarantee the continued availability of those services.

We are not responsible for outages, price changes, account suspensions, policy changes, or other issues caused by third-party providers.

13. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Ownership of the final product will be determined by the specific agreement made for the project.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, we retain ownership of:

• Our pre-existing code.
• Development frameworks.
• Reusable systems.
• Libraries and tools created independently of the customer's project.
• Internal development methods.

The customer may not claim ownership of work that has not been fully paid for.

We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, advertisements, or social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14. Support

Support may be provided for a reasonable period following delivery where agreed. Support does not necessarily include:

• New features.
• Major redesigns.
• Complete rewrites.
• Issues caused by customer modifications.
• Issues caused by third-party services.

Additional work outside the original scope may require additional payment.

15. No Guarantee of Continuous Operation

While we aim to provide reliable and high-quality products, we cannot guarantee that a website, bot, or digital service will operate without interruption or errors indefinitely.

Technology, APIs, hosting services, and platforms can change over time. We will not be responsible for issues caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

16. Prohibited Use

Our products and services may not be used for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or malicious activities. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if we reasonably believe a project is being used for:

• Scamming or fraud.
• Phishing.
• Malware or malicious software.
• Unauthorised access to systems.
• Harassment or abuse.
• Illegal activities.

No refund will automatically be provided if a service is terminated due to a violation of these Terms.

17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should contact us directly through our Discord before opening a payment dispute or chargeback, so that we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Submitting a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback after receiving the agreed product or service may result in us providing relevant evidence to the payment provider. This may include order details, communications, invoices, delivery records, and evidence of work completed.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our products or services. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of revenue.
• Loss of data.
• Business interruption.
• Losses caused by third-party services.
• Downtime or technical failures outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Customer Conduct

We expect all customers to communicate respectfully. We reserve the right to terminate communication or services where a customer engages in:

• Threats.
• Harassment.
• Abuse.
• Discrimination.
• Excessive or unreasonable demands.
• Attempts to pressure us into providing services outside the agreed scope.

20. Acceptance of Terms

By making a purchase from us, opening a commission, or using our services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase our products or services.

Important Refund Summary

Please read the following carefully before purchasing:

• We generally do not offer refunds.
• Changing your mind does not automatically qualify you for a refund.
• A reasonable development delay does not automatically qualify you for a refund.
• Delays caused by customers or third-party services do not automatically qualify for refunds.
• Additional features requested after development begins may cost extra.
• Failure to receive your completed product due to an error or mistake on our part may qualify for a refund or another appropriate resolution.
• If we fail to provide the agreed bot or website within a reasonable timeframe beyond the timeframe communicated to you, and the delay is our responsibility, your case may be reviewed for an appropriate resolution.
